  • Navigating the NRC document hierarchy (Regulatory Guides, NUREGs, HPPOS, etc.)
  • Interpreting licensing basis, technical specs, and commitments

B. NRC Radiation Protection Regulations & Guidance

  • Deep dive into NRC Parts 19, 20, 37, 50, and 61
  • Compliance with EPA, DOT, FCC, and FAA regulations
  • Review of applicable Regulatory Guides and NUREGs

C. Revised Reactor Oversight Process and NRC Radiation Safety Inspection Procedures

  • Overview of NRC inspections, performance indicators, and issue screening
  • Navigating the Significance Determination Process (SDP) for radiation safety

 D. Hands-on application of industry operating experience (OE)

On-site support for NRC / ANI / WANO – INPO Assist Visits

Assist clients in the development and preparation for regulatory reviews by the NRC and or other national or international regulatory authorities or assist agencies. This includes readiness reviews for inspections and internal or external assessments.
